Lapua Chains Achieved an Excellent Result in the Customer Satisfaction Survey

Thank you to all our customers!

Nearly 30% of you (165 responses) participated in our annual customer survey – thank you for your trust and for your willingness to develop our operations together with us.

The results exceeded our expectations: Net Promoter Score 83.
In industrial B2B business, this is exceptionally high – while the typical NPS level in the industry averages around 30–40, 87% of you actively recommended us.

The three aspects that matter most to you – and where we received the highest ratings – were:

Reliability – We deliver on what we promise (9.0/10)
On-time delivery – Products arrive as agreed (8.91/10)
Customisation – Chains tailored to your needs (8.57/10)
In addition, our sales team received special recognition for their technical expertise and the quality of customer service. This has long been our goal: to be present at our customers’ sites, to thoroughly understand the applications of our products, and to enable joint development work together with our customers.

For us, this is more than just numbers. It is a result and a thank you for long-term cooperation. It is also a promise that we commit to fulfilling every day – together with you.
